Anti-Discrimination Policy (ADP)

«Youth Leadership Association — Russia» (Samara regional public non-profit organization «Molodezhnyj upravlencheskij rezerv») is an equal opportunity organization and will not allow discrimination in membership, hiring, compensation, access to training or events or services, termination, promotion based upon:

  • ancestry,
  • marital status,
  • identity or expression,
  • national origin,
  • disability,
  • veteran status,
  • race,
  • color,
  • size,
  • religion,
  • sexual orientation,
  • political affiliation,
  • union membership,
  • socioeconomic background,
  • or any other status prohibited by applicable law.

All members of the organization are required to comply with the policy in any actions that may be relevant to the organization.

Youth Leadership Association reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone who violate anti-discrimination policy at any time.

Organization partners are also required to comply with anti-discrimination policy.

External evidence, such as negative publicity or social media, that reveals such discrimination, hate speech, or disrespectful or bullying behavior, as determined by our organization in its sole discretion, may be taken into consideration.
